KMS Incorporated is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO. We are currently supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, and commercial customers in Charleston, Colorado Springs, Panama City / Tampa, San Diego, and Washington, DC.

KMS also advances technologies through the appropriate acquisiton process: Science and Technology (S&T) Concept, Technology Process Development, RDT&E, Advanced Technology / System Development and Demonstration, traditional RDT&E for Program of Record (POR), and Accelerated Capability / Technology Acquisition.
Established in 2001, Key Management Systems, Incorporated (KMS) is a Veterans Owned Small Business (VOSB) that supports the advancement of Command, Control, Computers, and Communication (C4) and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and technologies via KMS-provided Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), System Engineering and Integration (SE&I), and Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) service offerings.)
As defined by customer requirements, KMS provides an efficient mix of mid and senior level RDT&E, SE&I, and ISSE engineers averaging 8+ years experience developing, demonstrating and field testing prototype technologies and/or systems.
KMS does not develop products for resale. We do, however, fund internal IR&D efforts to advance selected technologies and their associated CONOPS.
