Founded in 1996, Key Management Systems, Incorporated (KMS) is a Veterans Owned Small Business that provides Senior Program / Project Manager (PM) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) engineering services in support of applied research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) and CONUS / OCONUS demonstration support services for Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Entity, Academia, and Commercial Advanced Concept Information Technology (IT) systems and technologies.
KMS has a successful history of mitigating and eliminating risks associated with Advanced Concept system development and getting technologies to the field / products to market faster.
KMS does not develop products for resale. We do, however, fund internal IR&D efforts to advance selected technologies and their associated CONOPS.
